Sarong season: Jennifer Aniston is fantastic.  let me just say that to begin with.  However, even the perfect make mistakes sometimes.  Her Christian Lacroix number at the Paris premier of her new movie looks like a sarong safety-pinned by your mother.  It’s not good.  Speaking of sarongs, though… checkit.

Clogs.  Guh: If you can squint past the shiny patent leather and sneak a peak at the shoes they’re displaying, you can gather Coach’s commitment to precedent of ugly, ugly footwear.  I’m just not okay with clogs as fashion.  Clogs in the über-casual, I’m-in-college look: yes.  Otherwise, let’s keep the heels off the backs of them and out of “designer” (as far as Coach can be counted as designer) looks.

Thank goodness. The plastic version has been bothering my skin for years.

Diamond in the smooth: Okay, funny.  This advertisement for diamond-infused hand cream features a gloved hand.  I mean, I get why the photographer encouraged covering her hilariously over-worked nose with her hand, but why a gloved hand?  Shouldn’t the smoothness yielded by THE DIAMONDS IN THE HAND CREME be the focus?  Am I missing something?

Countdown: Zac Posen for Target launches in less than a month.  Stoked!  I still can’t get behind the socks with heels, but I’m a fan of the cheeky looks coming out.
